Ivan Kutcher
Ivan Kucher has been working at the National House of Music since 1992 as a soloist-instrumentalist. He graduated from the P.I. Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music of Ukraine and an assistantship-internship in the class of cello in the class of professor V.S. Chervov. Ivan Kucher, a musician of considerable artistic range, collaborates with many performers - Bohodar Kotorovich, Valery Buimistr, Anatoly Bazhenov, with symphony and chamber orchestras, tours in Ukraine and abroad (Georgia, Russia, Romania, Turkey). He is a laureate of the All-Union Competition of Young Performers (Daugavpils, Latvia, 1983), the National Competition of Chamber Ensembles (1st prize as a duet and 3rd prize as a quartet, 1992), the M.V. Lysenko International Cellist Competition in Kharkiv (2nd prize) , the international contest "Golden Autumn" in Khmelnytskyi (1994, 1st prize). He performed at international music festivals in Istanbul (Turkey), at the Days of Ukrainian Culture in Belarus, etc.
