Roman Lopatynskyi
A graduate of the National Music Academy named after Tchaikovsky, class of Sergei Ryabov. He is a laureate of international competitions such as the Arthur Rubinstein Piano Competition, Concorso Pianistico Ferruccio Busoni, and Hamamatsu Piano Competition. He has participated in festivals including the Newport Festival, Animato, and Heidelberg Fruehling Festival. He has performed on stages such as Ginza Hall (Tokyo), Steinway Hall (New York), Salle Cortot (Paris), Noosa Arts Theatre (Australia), Teatro Filarmonico (Verona), Act City Hamamatsu Concert Hall (Japan), Musikverein Gläserner Saal, and Konzerthaus Schubert Säll (Vienna). Roman Lopatinsky has collaborated with renowned conductors such as Michael Sanderling, Francesco Omassini, Marco Boni, Takaseki Ken, Tao Fan, Theodore Kuchar, Nicolas Krauze, and Volodymyr Sirenko. He performs as a member of the chamber ensembles NotaBene Chamber Group and Liatoshynsky Trio.
