About the concert
This chamber concert at St. Andrew's Church is conceived as an intimate conversation between musicians and audience. The program is filled with music that is predominantly luminous and lyrical, where serenity and warmth are gently intertwined with touches of melancholy.
These works reflect the spirit of contemporary Ukraine—a blend of tenderness and inner strength, quiet contemplation and hope for a brighter future. The composers featured in the program write music that brings people together, offering a sense of comfort, resilience, and unity in challenging times. Through the sounds of the present, we hope to convey the living spirit of the country on the eve of Ukraine's Independence Day.
