Participant of the NotaBene Chamber Ensemble Born in Kyiv into a family of musicians, Andrii Pavlov began his musical education at the Kyiv State Music School named after R. Glier. He later enrolled in the National Music Academy of Ukraine named after P. Tchaikovsky in the class of Professor Vadym Kozin. Andrii greatly improved his professional skills through lessons with musicians such as György Pauk, Hatto Beyerle, Philipp Zetter, Andriy Byelov, Krzysztof Smietana, and Johannes Meissl. As a soloist, Andrii Pavlov has performed with the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra, the National Honored Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, the Chamber Orchestra of the Tbilisi Opera Theater, the National Chamber Ensemble "Kyiv Soloists," the National Ensemble of Soloists "Kyiv Camerata," the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Lviv Philharmonic, the Academic Chamber Orchestra "Virtuosos of Lviv," the Symphony Orchestra of Ukrainian Radio, and the Poltava Symphony Orchestra. His performances as a soloist and chamber musician have taken place in Asia and Europe, including venues such as Radiokulturhaus in Vienna, UNESCO in Paris, Menuhin Forum in Bern, and the Concert Hall of Chopin University in Warsaw. Andriy's concert geography includes the Lugano Music Festival, Septembre Musicale Montreux-Vevey, Monteleon Chamber Music Festival, Klangwerkstatt Berlin, as well as major music forums in Ukraine: KyivMusicFest, Contrasts, Odessa Classics. Andrii's regular ensemble partner is pianist Valeriya Shulga. The duo, named Sonoro, is the laureate of the 1st prize at the International Chamber Music Competition "Tallinn 2021" (Estonia), the Grand Prix winner of the Plovdiv International Chamber Music Competition (Bulgaria, 2017), the laureate of the 3rd prize at the Salieri-Zinetti International Chamber Music Competition (Italy, 2016), where Andrii received a special prize "Al miglior violinista edizione 2016," and the laureate of the 3rd prize at the Johannes Brahms International Competition (Austria, 2015). - Since 2016, Andrii Pavlov has been a member of the Nota Bene Chamber Group and collaborates with the New Era Orchestra as a concertmaster. - He is involved in teaching activities at the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music named after R. Glier and the Tiziano Rossetti International Music Academy (Lugano, Switzerland). - Since 2022, he has been a soloist at the National House of Music. In 2017, Andrii Pavlov was awarded the L.M. Revutsky Prize by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
