A visit to a concert Rules for attending concerts

For your convenience, the rules for attending concerts are indicated on the page of the event you selected. They are determined by the format and venue of the concert.

🧾 The following rules apply to all concerts:

  1. We ask you to adhere to the style of clothing in accordance with the theme and type of concert, which is indicated on the concert page on our website;
  2. In the cold season, we ask that you leave outerwear in the wardrobe in institutions where possible. Information about the air temperature in the auditorium can be clarified with the concert administrator or by calling the support phone; 
  3. During the concert, we strongly ask you to turn off the sound of mobile phones and other devices so as not to disturb the performers and other spectators; 
  4. Photo and video shooting during the concert can be carried out without using a flash and without sound effects so as not to distract the performers and other viewers. We will be glad if you mark our pages in your Instagram and Facebook stories; 
  5. If you are late for the start of the concert, you can enter the concert hall during the break between works; 
  6. If the venue of the concert has numbered seats and rows, take the seats indicated on your ticket. You can change your seat by asking the administrator in the hall about this possibility. If the numbering of rows and seats is not provided in the hall, take any free seats; 
  7. Keep the ticket until the end of the concert. If you need to leave the auditorium, the administrator-controller may ask you to show your ticket when you return. In the absence of a ticket, the administrator has the right to refuse entry to the hall; 
  8. When attending concerts with children of preschool age, if the child cannot sit quietly, the child and the person accompanying him must leave the concert hall so as not to disturb other spectators;
  9. When planning a visit to the concerts of the National House of Music for spectators with limited mobility and people with special needs, please contact the administrator in advance by phone +38 (093) 234-83-42 to ensure the appropriate conditions.

🚫 It is strictly prohibited:

  • bringing firearms, gas, cold weapons, explosive devices and pyrotechnics, gas canisters and pneumatic weapons to concerts;
  •  attending concerts under the influence of alcohol and drugs, as this may pose a danger to you and other audience members;
  •  attending concerts with animals, as this may disturb other spectators and create inconvenience; 
  • consumption of any food and drinks in the concert hall (unless otherwise provided by the format of the event), as this may pollute the premises and disturb other spectators; 
  • smoking in the hall and on the territory of institutions where concerts of the National House are held music (according to the Law of Ukraine "On measures to prevent and reduce the use of tobacco products and their harmful effects on the health of the population"); 
  • to litter and scatter various objects (packaging, chewing gum, napkins, etc.); 
  • swearing, gambling, aggressively behave, disturb the silence, use objects that create a noise effect or otherwise interfere with normal in the performance and viewing of the concert; 
  • create obstacles in the work of the employees of the National House of Music, arbitrarily enter the service and technical premises; 
  • carry bulky items into the Hall that may disturb other visitors or employees of the National House of Music and violate safety rules.

In the event of a spectator's violation of the rules for attending concerts of the National House of Music, the staff of the National House of Music have the right to demand that the spectator immediately stop the specified violation and leave the premises. In the event of a spectator's refusal to stop violating the rules of attending concerts or to leave the premises, the Employees have the right to independently, with the involvement of security and/or police representatives, remove the offenders from the venue where the concert is taking place.

If the spectator is not admitted to the event or removed from the event as a result of his violation of the requirements of the Offer Agreement and the above rules for attending concerts of the National House of Music, such spectator is not entitled to a refund for the Ticket.
