Action Algorithm 🔴 🟡 Concerts During Air Raid Alerts

Dear listeners!

Here's the algorithm for what to do when the "Air Raid Alert" signal sounds during National House of Music concerts.

🔴 If an "Air Raid Alert" of red threat level is declared, the concert will be stopped, and the concert moderator will inform you immediately. Once the all-clear sounds or the threat level changes to yellow, the concert will resume. You can ask the administrator on duty at the event about the nearest shelter location.

🟡 If an "Air Raid Alert" of yellow threat level is declared, the concert will not be stopped. In this case, whether to remain in the hall, building, or venue grounds is at your own discretion. If a yellow-level "Air Raid Alert" signal sounds before the concert begins, the concert will start as scheduled.

📌 If you decide to leave the concert during a yellow-level "Air Raid Alert" signal, you must register your departure with the administrator by providing the order number from your ticket. In this case, you will be able to exchange your ticket for another concert at small venues in Kyiv during the 2026/2027 season (except for concerts at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine).

❗️Important! Concerts scheduled to take place at St. Andrew's Church will be relocated to other venues. Tickets remain valid.
