You can always return tickets before the start of the concert Return of tickets

You have the right to return tickets no later than one hour before the start of the concert. To do this, you only need to write a statement on a form or by hand according to the provided sample. Send a photo or a scanned copy of the application to the address: e-tickets@nhm.com.ua. The letter must be sent from the address you specified when purchasing and to which you received the e-tickets.

When returning tickets at your own will, a 10% service fee is deducted from their value. 

If the concert for which you have purchased tickets does not take place or is delayed due to an airstrike, canceled or postponed due to the fault of the National House of Music, we will contact you with detailed instructions within two days of the date of the event by email or telephone, which you specified when ordering tickets. If tickets are returned in these cases, the service fee is not withheld - you will be refunded 100% of the cost.

In all cases of return of electronic tickets, funds will be credited to the card from which the payment was made within 3 days.
